Terms and Conditions
- Giving EIS complete permission for my child to fully participate in all off-campus field trips;
- Having my child’s likeness appear in various school promotional materials (school website, newsletters, brochures, posters, etc.) at its discretion;
- The school rules and policies as expressed in the latest edition, and future editions, of the EIS Family Handbook, including the terms of the Admissions Policy;
- Return and/or pay for all school property in my possession as well as pay for all monthly tuition fees owed before de-registering my child;
- Paying for every entire school year (1 August – 31 July) each month for 12 months per school year;
- My need to provide accident insurance to my child as the school does not provide this to its students;
- Sharing requested educational assessment documentation (Report Cards/transcript/the equivalent) from the child’s last educational institution;
- The school reserves the right to change any and all fees at its discretion.
The Application payment of 1000 DKK can be paid at the school office in cash or by bank, with your child’s name on the transfer, to:

The Registration Fee and Tuition Deposit will be invoiced with your first monthly Tuition Fee. The Application Payment, Registration Fee and monthly Tuition Fee are non-refundable.
Registration is complete when the Admissions Officer sends parents a message confirming their child’s registration at EIS with start date and Year placement. Children may not start at EIS before this happens.
